I have to say after reading some reviews I was nerves about checking in. The hotel was packed with people as most of Springfield, MA had no power. The staff there was very nice. Having a free breakfast on the 12th floor was nice. My parents and my husband and I was very pleased with this place.

We honestly had no complaints about our stay here. The planned refurbishments will certainly help the look of it, but as it is at the moment the worst you could say is it's a bit dated. The room we had was huge - biggest bed I've ever slept in! The breakfast selection was more than adequate and went on until 10am (10.30am at weekends) which was great. We were in Springfield visiting someone at AIC, and with a rental car the hotel was well situated in town. All the staff were very friendly, including when we arrived at 3am. Considering what we paid, we had a great stay here and would want to stay here again on our next visit.

I stayed here for a Saterday night for a cheerleading competion.I stayed with my mom,one of the girls and her mom.It was nice and clean and had an awesome bathroom.We had a view of the parking lot however.If you were on a higher floor than 4 you could see greenary and another hotel.It had nice sevrice but the wake up call came 2 minutes early.Location was nice,10 minutes from the Mass Mutaul Center and was right near the highway.It had nice beds but they weren't perfect.It had good value but should be cheaper.Breakfeast buffet was from 7:00 to 11:00 and I got there at 8:00,no bacon left!!!It wasn't the best but was overall nice.

Our group just stayed there for 3 weeks during the Big-E requiring many rooms to accommodate us, the staff was more then pleasant and good to work with. We were concerned before we came there, but found many of the issues we had heard about were unfounded. We have stayed in the area for nearly 50 years during the fair and had never used them before. We are looking forward to staying in the newly refurbished La Quinta next year.
