I chose this hotel through the park sleep fly website, and even though we live locally it was cheaper than parking at the airport for a week. The hotel was under renovation, so some of the amenities were not available (no lobby computer/printer, poor wifi signal) but the room was clean, spacious and met our needs.

I have stayed at the red roof inn several times over the past year and I am pleased with my overall experience every single time. Jennifer at the front desk is always pleasant and courteous.
The hotel recently went completely smoke free but prior to that I had accidently booked a smoking room. My boyfriend and I found the scent of cigarettes to be unpleasant so I casually asked the front desk (Jennifer) if we could switch rooms and she took care of everything free of charge. It was my mistake and they still accommodated me!!

Stayed at the hotel many times in the past and I have to say by far its been the best experience. Recently renovated rooms look great and the staff is sooo friendly, one inparticular Jennifer G. She is not only a delight but an asset to your staff here at the Red roof...

i recently visited the red roof inn in saugus ma because i had lost the power in my house for a few days and the customer service was great when i checked in and out the girl was sooo great and helpful through out my whole stay i asked her name and said jennifer giangrande i wish there were more people to help out like her!
