I have stayed at Inn at Santa Fe twice and both times it was the best time ever! It is beautiful, clean, good food, and great rates! We will be going back:)

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! The rooms are small and smell. They have a bed bug problem due to the fact they let pets stay in all rooms; no specified rooms for pets. The free drinks are a joke, poor selection of wine and beer. The restaurant food is terrible, seems like they found someone off the street and offered them a job. I took one bite of the spaghetti and felt ill. Next time I visit Santa Fe I will stay downtown since the hotel wasn't really a value and the location is terrible. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Inn at Santa Fe has to be one of the very best places we have ever stayed! It was consistantly superior. We stayed 5 beautiful days there. The positive reviews that I have read about it tell it all. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were kept extremely clean and the custodial staff was so efficient and always smiling! We were NEVER bothered by "outside noise" in our room. Each day that we were there(including Christmas Day) we had a delicious brunch in the lovely dining room...with a fire in the fireplace. It was a hot breakfast...with the "usual" fare...including waffles and MORE. The wait staff was busily keeping the food hot and ready as new guests came to eat. We made many new friends, as the guests were all quite friendly also. I can not say enough about the Inn. We will definitely make reservations there again. (it's also a walk away from the Outlet Mall, ladies!) It is an easy trip to the Plaza area. When in Santa Fe, I highly recommend that you stay at the Inn.

The entire staff went out of their way to make our 2-day stay pleasurable. The breakfast and dinner hosts blew our socks off. They worked so hard and had such nice manners. They treated us like first class guests, even with our group of small children. Wonderful people and we WILL be back. It is not about the size, or location, it is about good people!
