Super friendly staff, took the extra effort to remember visitors' names, when we were in the lobby area.

The rooms are just above Best Western ... sort of like a Hilton Garden Inn with southwest flair. Great location close to downtown and the new bar there has a great scene, very cool lounge area, and great drinks and food. The servers kept bringing me the wrong mojito but they were still nice people.

I was in Santa Fe working on a project and stayed at this phenomenal hotel. As a business traveler I truely felt this was a home away from home. The dedication of the staff and friendliness of the staff made this hotel really stand out. The location could not have been more ideal. Located right on the plaza, it was easy to access anything and everything. If you are traveling to Santa Fe as a business traveler or looking for a unquie location to hold a meeting or conference; definitely put this on the top of your list.

The building is attractive, nice lobby, great location. We came for some R and R. Bad start: although we had asked for a quiet room, we woke up early to the sound of very loud drilling and hammering. It took four phone calls to finally get a person on the line - they admitted that there was "some renovation" going on and offered to make it up to us by moving us to an upgraded room the next night, with a fireplace. Great. A sign above the fireplace said not to light the fire ourselves but to have staff do it, so we did. An hour later our room was filled with smoke and we were coughing and had to sleep with the windows open. Not on the level of tragedy, but we left more sleep-deprived than when we arrived.
