We found this place to be good value. The room was clean and we had a fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities. The staff member who checked us in couldn't have been more helpful with good suggestions and good advice. The breakfast wasn't the best we have had but there was plenty of cereal, toast, bagels and waffles so there was nothing to complain about with the food. Couldn't use the pool as it has been closed for winter but all in all a good place and we would recommend it.

Great location made it easy to find and easy to get anywhere in Santa Fe. Quiet, nice room,, good free breakfast available. Friendly, helpful staff answered questions about getting around Santa Fe. Lobby was decorated for the holidays with cozy fireplace and seating for meeting with people. Close to shopping and basic services as well as some interesting and unusual sights. Centrally located for my 4-day stay purposes. I will stay here again.

I made a terrible mistake by booking online. This place is old and on the busiest street in Santa Fe and Cerrillos Road is under construction. Bad timing.
I felt like I was in the 60s. The room decor looked like it all came from The Salvation Army. The place seemed clean at first, but then I turned on the wall AC/Heater and the room was suddenly filled with dirt. I started sneezing and coughing. When I took my shower I discovered the water was less than luke warm. Darn right cold and it was late October.
I have to say the staff was friendly, but the rooms are less than one star.

Run down property. Rooms good sized, but mildew in bathroom, peeling paint, eroding tile. Courtyard is beautiful. Hot tub not in service. Sketchy neighborhood. Desk staff was very helpful and service oriented. Just not a great property. Not sure what the "studios" in the name is all about. We asked for a "studio" -- were told standard doubles and kings are the only rooms they have.
