My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary in Friday Harbor. We are so pleased with our choice to stay aboard the Slowseason. We felt so comfortable. It was as if it were our boat for the weekend and we could come and go as we pleased until some B&B's were its as if you have a curfew. The owners were what really made the trip for us. The new experience of being warfside alone was well worth it, but they were so welcoming and made us feel at home. They took the time to tell us some key points to check out on the island which we may have missed otherwise. They were very accomodating and had breakfast ready for us by 6:30 am as we had to catch an early ferry home. Definately a weekend we will cherish forever. Thank you Slow Season.

A very unique Bed and Breakfast .It is very relaxing and quiet -- A masterful combining an operating sea-going vessel and B&B is impressive. Nice to be aboard a wooden craft with an warm atmosphere rather than a boat of fiberglass and chrome, The owners made us feel most welcome and checked to see our needs were met. They had good advice on restaurants in Friday Harbor .
Friday Harbor is a nice walk down pier to be in the center of town with its countless shops,restaurants and the ferry landing.

We had a very enjoyable time staying on the boat, the SlowSeason. It brought back many great "boat memories" from previous boating experiences that we've both had. The hospitality provided by Ilse and Helmuth was wonderful ... they are very interesting people.

The next time we're on the island just for the day, "walking the docks," we'll definitely stop by and say hello!! If we plan to spend a night or two on the island again, we'll definitely stay here!

This is a large pleasure craft with all of the comforts of home. Excellent hosts, food and accommodations.

This is a boat and has all of the charm of a large, classic pleasure craft. if you are taller than 6' 4' or weigh more thant 300lbs, some of the elements may be close.

We had an excellent time and would come back again.
