Excellent hotel with such a great spot on the river walk. Very close to the convention center. The hotel had a wonderful staff but i did not receive this excellent service until.i was all checked in. I arrived at a very busy time and was told i could not unload my bags before i parked in the garage across the street i.had 4 bags to carry from across the street. Also, be aware parking is expensive. Once checked in, i received nothing but excellent service.
