“Very nice comfortable stay.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 August 2010

Was in san Antonio on business. This hotel was in walking distance to to our business location.
The hotel staff was very friendy. I had a first floor room with a king bed, it had a 42 inch flat screen, mini fridge, mirowave, small coffe maker.

The hotel and room were clean only issue was bed side radio wwas dusty and after my fist night I found a dark stray hain in the shower ( not mine) guess it came from the maid service. No big deal.

The breakfast was 10.50 additional. Scrambled eggs, bacon, saussage, biscuit & gravy, fruit, yogurt. There was a waffle maker but no batter the first day and then the batter was ot quite right the other 2 days. ( no big deal).

The swimming pool is smaller thatn it appeares in the pictures. but the out side is very well maintained. There is also a large hot tub.

Overall his was a great stay, would definately stay here next time, this is the best choice in the area.

The restaraunt is breakfast only but there is a deliver menu in the room offering all types of food.

“Comfortable Stay and would come again”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 August 2010

This hotel had everything we needed. Hotel was easy to find and in a general locations from the wedding we were attending. Great desk attendants. Our room was on on the ground floor so there was a sliding door where we could sit on the small patio or walk a few steps to the pool. Room had microwave and small refrigerator. Big room, large beds, quiet a/c, quiet hall ways, overall just a very comfortable stay. Would feel good recommending this hotel to my friends or family!

“Balcony, Refridgerator an Microwave. This...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 July 2010

Balcony, Refridgerator an Microwave. This hotel had it all from the beautiful landscape to the awesome rooms. The pool an hot tub were nice an they even had pool toys for the kids. You can cook or reheat in the room with the microwave. An have a glass of wine on the balcony. It was a wonderful relaxing weekend. Oh an you don't here maids knocking on doors all morning either. Hall ways were always quiet. Breakfast $10 included with room price or $10 per person later but its worth it they had everything on a buffett an you don't like that special order it. We will be back.

“We made it fun”

My friends and I stayed here for three or four nights before moving to a hotel on the River Walk. We enjoyed this hotel minus the distance from the River Walk. We did not have a car so we needed to take a bus down (45 minutes) everytime we wanted to go to RW. There is not much around the hotel but we were able to walk to a chain restaurant (Chilies or Applebees), a store to buy alcohol, a used book store, and a delicious breakfast place called Big Apple Bagle or something like that. The staff was amazing and answered every question we had and even brought up a microwave free of charge. The room was big enough for 3 and we loved laying out by the pool. The hotel had a computer we could use for free and allowed us to print things also. I would highly recommend this place for someone if they had a car but without one it gets a little annoying taking the bus.

“Perfect hotel for a one-week stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 September 2008

We needed to stay in San Antonio for medical purposes for one week. This hotel, which was just a few blocks from the medical offices, was perfect. It is located on Fredericksburg Road, a busy street, but sits far enough back from the road that it was very quiet. Because our room faced the courtyard, it was quieter still. The room was spacious, with a sofa and coffee table, a large desk with pull-out laptop shelf, a microwave and a small refrigerator, and a coffee maker. With these amenities, we were able to have snacks and some of our meals in our room and did not have to eat all our meals at restaurants. The hotel provided a hot breakfast for a charge, which we felt was somewhat expensive. We ate breakfast there some days and others at a nearby Jim's Restaurant. We loved the food there and it was less expensive.
