The hotel is very nice and clean, the location is good whether you want to go to downtown or outside of it. However, price if you call them is usually cheaper

The hotel that you see online is not the actual site. Upon entry into the lobby there is a sign posted "on duty undercover officer on premises". The lobby is small, old and musty smelling. All of our rooms (5) were dirty. They had dead/alive roaches and crickets. All of the tubs were dirty - one drained very slowly. One of the rooms a/c did not work and smelled of urine. We had to ask twice if they would clean the rooms - the first time we were told no. After several unsuccessful attempts to find another location (3 hours later) we had no other choice but to stay here. We spent as little time possible in the rooms and upon check-out were asked to pay add'l guest charges that had been credited to our debit card at check-in. When declined to do so, 3 days later a charge was made without authorization from this location. I wouldn't trust them with debit/credit cards or anything. They had to be forced to refund the illegal charge through the corporate offices at Red Roof Inn, stating there was a language barrier some miscommunication. I think not. This is not a place to do business. Definitely not worth it.

We had two rooms booked. One of them was dirty at check-in (waste baskets full!) and the toilet was clogged. They let us change that room for a cleaned (?) one. Both rooms were smelly and so were the linens.
There was a city-wide cricket infestation. That, I understand. But the same dead crickets that gave us the welcome on the check-in day were there with us for the two nights we stayed. They did make the beds and provided fresh towels, but they did not take the used towels!

My partner and I stayed here while traveling for business and we could not have been happier with the room. overall very clean, appeared to have brand new towels and bed linens, nice appliances, newer toilet and shower. The only downside I can even think of, is we thought the menu was a little pricey for the restaurant, but we would definitely stay here again.
