The staff is great! They accomodated our luggage the morning of check in so that we didn't have to leave it in our cars while we spend the whole day at sea world. We arrived to do a late check in at 11pm and our bags were there just like they said they would be! The night staff was very nice with giving information about the city and things to do!

The hotel was great itself, very nice and clean! it seems as if it was recently renovated! Rooms are very spacious with a mini fridge and microwave, very convenient!

Over all, we were very satisfied and would definitely return!

We went to this hotel after deserting our previous reservation at the Quality Inn on W W White rd. The staff at this hotel was overly accomadating. The hotel was extremely clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. The only slight negative was that the breakfast bar could have been a little better. Overall this hotel is what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

This was a business trip. The frontdesk was disorganized and unfriendly. First, they could not find our (I was traveling with a colleague) reservation, and then when we tried to put it on different corporate accounts, they just flat out said "that cannot be done" because it was prepaid. I didn't believe that, but it was not worth the hassle to get into it. I wrote an email to the owner of the hotel hoping I would get a response. I did not. The room itself was okay, a little mildewy. It was also across the street from an abandoned house, which was a little creepy. There are lots of other hotels in the area (right across the street, next door) that are similar in price range. I would suggest you choose on of those.
