We didn't check in until 0100,m then had to do laundry before we boarded the plane. The washer was broken at the hotel, but they assisted us in providing the service at their sister hotel down the road. They even offered to shuttle us there. Great service!! While the rooms are neat and clean, they are old and BASIC. Not as nice as you are accustomed to at the Hampton's.

I've stayed at this location on past trips out of San Antonio airport and been satisfied, but the clerk who handled my transaction on this stay was seriously lacking in customer service skills. My reservation for my stay had somehow gotten deleted so I asked the clerk to check surrounding properties for a room. She called Home 2 and they were fully booked. I asked her what my options were and she was intent on mentioning over and over that this was my fault and not the fault of the hotel. She finally found me a room at the location but her attitude was horrible the whole time. I will seriously consider using a different hotel on my next stay.

It is all good! Good sleep, spacious rooms, good breakfast, cleanliness and excellent service. They have 24 hour shuttle service. I will definitely stay here again. Kudos to the people who makes this happen.

It was not perfect in the beginning, but the staff were very accommodating and the rooms were very clean , location very safe and convenient to shops and airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone business or leisure stay. Great indoor facilities also pool and exercise room.

One of the few hotels in town with 24 hour shuttle service. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I probably would stay here again as it only cost me about $40 more to stay than it would be to park my car at the airport.
