We stayed here while attending our granddaughters' Air Force Basic Training graduation activities at Lackland AFB. It's approx. 5 to 10 minutes from the Valley High entrance gate to Lackland. As the name suggests, it's also close to Seaworld. It is relatively quiet considering it's proximity to I410. As for the hotel itself, we were very pleased with our room, with the staff and with the amenities. We interacted with several maids and desk clerks during our stay and all of them were friendly and willing to assist the customers. The breakfast was very popular and had a better variety of foods than many Continental Breakfasts that we've seen at many other hotels, especially considering the room rates. We've stayed at hotels that cost double and which offered much less than this one. The only (minor) complaint I can voice about our room was that there was a tiny amount of mold in one corner of our bathroom. We had family in another room who also were very pleased with their stay. Again, I want to say that for the price, this hotel would be hard to beat.
