The hotel's fire alarm system went off all evening until midnight then woke us up again at 7am and continued. Management was not helpful, made no apologies, blamed it on other hotel guests, was rude and insulting to us, would not honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee and told us if we didn't like their customer service, don't come back...and believe me we won't ever be back. I've never experienced a less professional lobby clerk and manager.

Stayed overnight iwith two adults, one child and one teen. And one small dog. Found La Quinta hotel online. Easy site to make reservations. Hotel was good in all categories. Check-in was a little uncomfortable as I was grilled for company ID for my discount even though no other La Quinta did and my registered email address was my work address. The lady apologized though. 100% clean and a nice breakfast in the morning. i really appreciated that this hotel is Pet Friendly - no hassle whatsoever and no deposit or fees. Highly recommend.

First, we booked a non-smoking room and ended up with a smoking room. And I mean SMOKING. It just reeked. Management was unsympathetic. There was also a lot of construction going on, even on Saturday evening.

The walls were flimsy as we heard kids partying until 2-3 in the morning.

Otherwise, it was okay. Clean & hot water and we at least got the king bed we requested.

Nothing fancy, but it's clean and nice. Unfortunately, one morning the toilet broke, and though I called, it wasn't fixed. By nighttime, there was no one to fix it, so we had to move to another room for our final night. But the front desk was apologetic.
