it was a very nice stay the hotel was clean the people that works there they were very freindly

The clerk Leticia and the general manager Karim Kissou are some of the most non-caring and rude people that I have ever witnessed in the hotel industry. Mr. Kissou was insulting and referred to the 4 schools that were staying there as "a bunch of small town pigs who let their kids run around like animals in a zoo". The staff and management refused to except any responsibility for their faulty alarm system and would not honor their policy of 100 percent refund for being unsatisfied. The alarm system went off 6 times throughout the night and twice in the morning and they still denied it was a faulty system. The clerk Leticia, who was busy reading a magazine, told a customer that was advising of a spill for her to go find housekeeping. Mr. Kissou's final words were I don't care if any of you ever come back. So Mr. Kissou I won't.

The hotel's fire alarm system went off all evening until midnight then woke us up again at 7am and continued. Management was not helpful, made no apologies, blamed it on other hotel guests, was rude and insulting to us, would not honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee and told us if we didn't like their customer service, don't come back...and believe me we won't ever be back. I've never experienced a less professional lobby clerk and manager.

Stayed overnight iwith two adults, one child and one teen. And one small dog. Found La Quinta hotel online. Easy site to make reservations. Hotel was good in all categories. Check-in was a little uncomfortable as I was grilled for company ID for my discount even though no other La Quinta did and my registered email address was my work address. The lady apologized though. 100% clean and a nice breakfast in the morning. i really appreciated that this hotel is Pet Friendly - no hassle whatsoever and no deposit or fees. Highly recommend.
