We chose this hotel because it's pet friendly with no fee, and it's close to the Riverwalk. The bed and room were very comfortable and quiet, the staff was pretty friendly, and it was just a few block walk from Riverwalk. I took a bath in the nice-sized tub and it was super clean and comfortable. The room was very spacious and had a nice kitchenette area and free wifi. The hotel wasn't particularly remarkable but it has a great location and is entirely comfortable and like I said, dependable.

A good hotel that was very clean and a fantastic location for visiting the riverwalk, decent quality breakfast was included in the rate.

We were disappointed in the service and the room was not very clean. We stayed in a suite and there were stains on the couch and chair in our room. The microwave in the rooms are handy until the guy down the hall decides to burn something stinking the entire hall. My son names the two bugs he found on the wall and I opted to pass on the shower since I did not bring shower shoes with me. I usually feel pretty safe with la quinta hotels but not any more, and WAY over priced!

We waited to arrive to book a room because of all the mixed reviews of hotels near the River Walk. We were fine with the location it was near the river walk so we could walk but it was also quiet. The room was clean and since it was a suite also had a fold out love seat. Nice pool and complimentary breakfast. We got a great rate by just walking up so felt like it was a good value.
