Pulled in Thursday afternoon Jan 12 and they could not find our reservation. Went out to the vehicle looked up the number on the cell phone and called. Was promptly told " I just told you I do not have a reservation" and hung up. Called corporate found out our name had been very misspelled. The room was clean and comfortable though the shower curtain was hung wrong and would not stay closed. We had a pet, at first it was no pets... then, you can stay as pet is small. Unfortunately they have almost no grassy area. If you do not have a pet and you spell your name for them when you make a reservation you might have an average experience.
