The hotel has a great central location in San Antonio. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, well maintained, and secure. The rooms were very clean, quite large, with fridge/microwave, and very nice bathrooms. The only complaint I have is the guest room doors slam shut quite loudly... I would definately recommend to others!

Spent a night at this hotel when in San Antonio. The hotel is clean and a basic Holiday Inn Express with free breakfast. The hotel is off I-10 and convenient (5-10 mile radius) to Downtown, The Riverwalk, Seaworld etc. There are some good restaurants near by. The room is average with a small bathroom. There is a window heater/AC which is not in good condition (did not have central air/heat). I would recommend this hotel if you just need a place to sleep and shower when siteseeing.

I knew the hotel was busy when we got there. Our group alone had about 12 rooms. We had hot water for showers the night we got there. In the morning the water was ice cold! I couldn't even turn the water on and leave it on because it was so cold. I was the only one in my room to shower in the morning. When I told the desk clerk, he said the hotel was at capacity so that was probably why we didn't have hot water. I have stayed in much larger hotels that did have hot water whenever needed. I didn't understand this. The hotel was nice. The hotel's breakfast was wonderful. The food across the street is awful, which is not the fault of the hotel. I will ask from now on if the hotel is at capacity before I book anywhere after this because if hotels can't provide hot water during capacity time, I'm not interested. I would recommend the hotel, just ask about the capacity first.

I like the location and the service was pretty good. Rooms were pretty clean but the air conditioner is very loud so if you are a lite sleeper good luck.
