We made the reservations over a month ahead of the time with much trepidation. We have had horrid experiences in acquiring handicapped facilities that we needed. Boy was I wrong!! Melissa listened and set up the room I needed when I called to tell her my situation the day before. The manager and his team welcomed us warmly reminding us of the happy hour they have on Tuesday thru Thursday. The housekeeping staff were friendly, courteous and helped us with some extra needs we had. The three day conference was made a much better joy than I had expected. Even down to Carlos who was gathering the trash for the hotel as we were getting ready to leave. I had gone down ahead of my husband who was detained. Carlos climbed into my van and got me a special chair I needed to sit on outside the van until my husband arrived. Such a great representitive and final pat on the back for Comfort Suites was like icing on the cake. This is truly a hotel where all of the parts come together to form an outstanding stay. We will return!!
