Best Western Posado Medical was a nice hotel, staff was nice.
Room was clean and comfortable. Stayed one night when passing thru San Antonio. Price was reasonable.
Would probably stay here again, location was easily accessed from I-10, which was a big plus!!! Breakfeast was good.

This was a great hotel. They have the best staff ever. They were always very helpful. Gave me directions to places. It was a very clean hotel. Good free breakfast. You could use the indoor pool and computers at the Drury Inn next door. I had reservations somewhere else that turned out to be a dump. The staff her was very helpful with getting us a room and they were very busy and full. I will recommend this as a great hotel close to Six Flags, Sea World, Downtown, and many restaurants, and shopping. I give everything about this place a 20 +.

While our rooms were clean, it took 2 days to replace a broken TV, we couldn't receive a wireless internet signal in our rooms (319 & 421), we waited constantly for the lone elevator and only one of four ice makers was functioning. You're better off going next door to the Drury Inn (same hotel family) where the staff is very helpful and better accomodations.

We stayed here for 3 nights this past weekend. The service was kind, the free continental breakfasts were decent, and the room was clean and well appointed. Only somewhat negative comments are that the halls smelled a bit funky, but the room itself was fine. Also, we had to ask twice for the rollaway bed. I don't expect much from the hotels in the area, but Best Western exceeded my expectations.

Great central location - I will stay here again!
