WE USED A TRAVEL WEBSITE TO GET OUR RATES BUT IT WAS CHEAPER.....we went to hotel to see i we could check in early it was bout 1pm and the clerk (RAE) was on the phone with a customer so of course she told me just a minute. no problem she was very courteous and asked how she could help and i asked her if we were able to check in early she said of course let me see which rooms are ready i requested 1st floor w/ fridge/micro and she gave us one just like that we didnt even have to wait until the 3pm check in time. we walked in to room very clean no masking perfumeing spray just clean. however there were no towels and we told housekeepin which was just 5 rooms down and now she had MAJOR ATTITUDE!!!!! she said "what room are u in? we told her and then "and there WAS NO TOWELS IN THERE? no my son told her. i am like we just barely put one bag in there and u think we took towels already...so we got the towels.well at 3a.m. we finally called the front desk and told them our a/c unit stopped working and the young man in front was very understanding and gave us 2 room keys and told us to go look at them and make sure everything was fine and choose one they were both on 2nd floor however it was right infront of pool so that was a plus we chosethe 1st room we looked at and moved all of our stuff for a week and 3 sm. children. got everyone settled and slept. COMFORTABLY. ROOM WAS CLEAN SMELLED NICE. BATHROOM WAS SMALL BUT DID THE TRICK. TUB WAS NICE GRANITE SURROUND WHITE TUB WITH SHOWER HEAD THAT HAD ADJUSTIBLE SPRAY. ROOMS LOOK JUST LIKE IN PIC WITH 2 BEDS ON WEBSITE ONLY DIFF. WAS WE HAD A WHITE FRIDGE. OVERLOOKING THE POOL. RIGHT OFF INTERSTATE NOISE WASNT THAT BAD DIDNT EVEN NOTICE ONCE IN ROOM...NOW TIME FOR BREAKFAST DONT PAY FOR FULL BFAST U GET IT ANY WAY .WE JUST PD EXTRA 4.00 CUZ THERE WAS 2 OPTIONS COMPLIMENTARY OR FULL HOWEVER LIKE I SAID YOU GET IT COMPLIMENTARY. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD THEY HAD CEREAL, MUFFINS, BAGELS, TOAST, JELLY, CREAM CHZ, OATMEAL, APPLE/ORANGE JUICE, COFFEE, FRUIT, AND DO IT YOURSELF WAFFLES! NO EGGS OR BACON BUT HEY THIS TASTED REALLY GREAT TOO!!! AND MY KIDS PREFERED CEREAL, WAFFLES AND OATMEAL. THE LADIES KEPT THE BFAST AREA REALLY CLEAN & WERE VERY POLITE. HOWEVER THE SPACE WAS SMALL AND DID GET CROWDED BUT NO PROBLEM WE JUST ATE EARLIER THE NEXT DAYS. THE POOL WAS SMALL BUT WE ENJOYED IT. WE WERE ABOUT 7-10 MINS FROM SEAWORLD AND 18 FROM DOWNTOWN. the only bad thing i have to say is that the beds r not queen another review also stated this never the less they were VERY COMFORTABLE AND PILLOWS WERE JUST AS COMFORTABLE!!!! THIS IS THE BEST STAY I HAVE HAD IN SAN ANTONIO
