well 1st off we drove and i saw some of are people walking around trying to stay away from crickets. you could barley walk around with out one these crickets jumping on you! second when we got there the night took like over 45 mins to check us in! third off when we got into the room it smelled like mil dew. fourthly there was mold in the bath rooms and i literaly had to walk with my shoes on and with flip flops in the shower... i barley got any sleep because the a/c was so nosy that i wanted to break so bad... i say no one should stay there!!! but i do have to say the lady that was working in the moring was very nice!

This hotel was really gross, and not my choice at all. There was blood spots on the bedding (what kind of blood???) Bathroom's had rust and hair along the door frame. Most spots on the wall could be pushed in (which I did with my foot because I was not going to touch it) The carpets were so dingy I kept my shoes on even walking from the bed to brush my teeth! I know people need their jobs in this economy but after walking into the hotel after being at the River Walk all day, the trash was taken but the beds were left alone. I could barely sleep on the beds and woke up almost every hour. It's very close to the highway meaning you can hear motorcycles and semi's all night.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It was filthy, had blood on the curtains, and big black stains on the carpets, no idea what they were. There were crumbs all over the floor. Hairs on the towels in the bathroom. The only reason why we stayed is because we had been driving for hours and it was late in the morning when we arrived. First thing in the morning, we upped and left - we didn't even bother to stay around for breakfast, I wouldn't want to risk it knowing how filthy their rooms are.

Smells terrible inside both bedroom and bathroom and your clothes will smell afterward
for an entire day. Carpet was very dirty and black in sports, and probably was the same carpet from 1980. The only thing that is good about the place is the location, near Med Center Drive and right next to I-10, but there are also numerous hotels in the area such as Candlewood Suites a block away which are far better and nicer hotels.

I did not stay there after opening the door and smelling the terrible odor - I went back to the airport to the cell phone lot where I was happier to be than in that room. I came back in the morning and forgot the room number - the lady at the front desk then seemed upset that I was returning to the room in the morning just to shower. Even though my jacket was only in the bathroom for twenty minutes it smelled all day from the bathroom.

The bathroom is old, plaster is about to fall apart, and there was also a baby roach in the bathroom in the morning. Even for $49 the owner could put in new carpeting after so many years or take the moldy parts of the rooms out to remove some of the smell. Even if you are desparate do not do it ...even the dreaded Motel 6 is better ..a place I would usually never recommend..but at least they do not smell so terrible.

I would not only not recommend this hotel to a friend, I would not recommend the hotel to someone I did not like.
