We booked a stay with this hotel through priceline. Under the Priceline description of the property "Pets Allowed" was clearly stated. We received a confirmation of our stay and under Hotel Policy PETS : Pets are not allowed. was stated. I called the hotel to clarify and then they stated "Yes, we do allow Pets for an additional $50.00 fee. This hotel along with priceline needs to be clear about their policy and clearly state the fee ahead of time. We WILL not stay at this location, they have lost our business becauseof misleading/false advertising and the staff would not honor what they were advertising. They do not have a manager onsite and the owners are not available to be contacted. The staff has to take your number and have someone return your call.

We've stayed at this hotel several times over the years. It's always been clean and comfortable, and the staff's always friendly. The location is convenient to Fiesta Texas and to downtown. Sea World is probably 15 minutes away. I definitely recommend it.

Stayed one night after getting a room rate of $47 plus tax. I asked the clerk how much to stay in the same room on Memorial Day, and it was going up to $87.
Room was pretty small, but had microwave and fridge. There is free internet access, the closer you stay to the middle of the second floor, the closer you are to the router. Nice pool area, although small. Nice breakfast area--more on that below. Bathroom door was cheap sliding door with a loose lock and bathroom really small.
However, room and bathroom were clean.
Very courteous front desk people. Check in was a breeze. Parking lot well lighted and enough off I 10 there is no road noise.
Breakfast was okay--waffles, toast, juice, coffee, hot biscuits. However, the breakfast bar is small and if more than four people are trying to get something from the counter top, it is jammed up ("Excuse me." "Oops, sorry." "Oh, am I in your way? Pardon me."). I had to stand behind someone and wait until they were done for each item (coffee, waffle, juice). Took longer to get to the food than to eat it.
Still, for the price and location, it is a good deal. If I had paid much more for the room I would not say that, because the rooms are small and I think the sliding door arrangement is kind of cheap looking.
All in all, an okay stay

For the price of $59 is great place to stay. The room is clean and comfortable though the TV is small. Shuttle is available though I did not used them. Breakfast is free and If you like carb there's a whole lot with texas size waffles, cereals, bagels, apples, banana and hard boil eggs. The staff are nice except they are under staff at night at 7PM. Their address is not available in my updated GPS and they could not provide coordinates but they will help you with directions.
