The room was lovely... the staff were not! The girl on the front desk definatel didn't have any education when it came to basic customer service. We were not amused with her to say the least.

The room itself was clean and had all expected amenities! The bathroom was also good! A fine place to lay your head at night, but slightly overpriced for all it is and especially if you are paying the likes of the girl at front desks wages!

Breakfast was free but slightly disappointing!

I've stayed here a few times in the last six months and been pleased each time. It's a little more expensive than other Days Inn which I believe is due to it's resembling a hotel rather than a motel. It's airport closeness is what I choose it for since it's a 15 minute walk (usually not needed as they'll shuttle you).
The staff who work the overnight shift have been helpful. I needed to check-in for my flight and twice each person let me do that through the reception computer (they have no business facilities on site). I was even driven to the airport once before the shuttle starts morning service which was a great help.
There's a diner and Chili's ten minutes walk away. Not much going on around the area other than that. The neighborhood is safe and all you see are cars flying by.
The rooms sometimes smell of cleaners and disinfectants but overall they are decent, clean, and tidy. My last stay last night was adequate. I had one small issue which was a cockroach in the bathroom in the morning but these things don't bother me. But I know a female guest wouldn't appreciate it.

We made reservation through toll free Days Inn number. Front desk clerk wouldn't honor rate. Barely could speak english. Bathroom floor had a sheen, was sticky, smelled heavely of urine, probably just moped it in. Musty smell in the main room. Dirty lobby, very 3rd world feel.

Our experience with this hotel was very disappointing. We got one of the last rooms, in which the key card apparatus did not work, so we had to be let in every time we came in our out of the hotel. The first night, that was fine as one employee gave us a discount. When the manager set us up for an additional night, we were charged full price for the same room (which, by the way, is way too much for the quality of the hotel). The TV in our room did not work at all, and when we asked the front desk about it they merely said they would have someone look at it later, and we were not given any kind of apology or discount. The shower also backed up horribly - gross! Management was extremely rude and condescending, and when we brought up our concerns about the room the manager rudely said that he would rent the same room in the same condition for $50/night more than we paid (at the non-discount rate). Please beware of this hotel, I don't think it can or should stay in business long with this kind of management.
