First of all we booked online. Set check in for 3, arrived at 3:45 and there were no rooms ready. First strike. Then we go to room and the mirrored closet doors didn't open and room just seemed less than inviting. Went to the riverwalk. Came back, prepared for bed, decided to use the extra blanket. The blanket was covered with did stains and God knows what else.

This is supposed to be a Marriott hotel and it felt like a low budget Rodeway Inn. I was beyond disappointed. Marriott needs to send someone out here to evaluate this place. Take it off the list. If you think you want to stay here, reconsider.

I was a little worried after I read the previous reviews, but booked a Sea World package using this Hotel. We arrived at 2pm check in was @ 4, had no problem. Room was clean, and updated. Fridge and microwave really come in handy!! Free parking, safe parking had no problem, free breakfast, waffles, eggs, oatmeal, fruit, great deal, Pool was ok not packed nor cold. Its off 410, and 15 mins away from everything you'd need. I had no problem and would highly recommend!!

We got a 2 room suite - it was ok. Kind of on the small side, one double bed in each bedroom. The room definately needs updating in all areas from the kitchen to the bedroom, from the carpet to the furniture. The breakfast would have been nice, however, we didn't use it b/c they have such a small eating area it was very hard to get food not to mention you couldn't find a place to sit. The pool was on the small side as well and ice cold - they must not heat it.

Room 117: We arrived to a room that seemed clean on the surface. Lifted the toilet seat and there was feces all over the underside of the toilet seat and the toilet itself. A note on the night stand stating ".....proudly serviced by Diana"

Now for the bad part: Encountered Bed Bugs and received a couple dozen bites. Staff was somewhat sympathetic about the bed bugs and offered to refund the points i used to secure the room(still waiting to see that happen). Said this was their first claim about bed bugs. What else would they say? I've now learned that it can happen to me and will be checking hotel mattresses everywhere I go from here on.
Certainly not the experience I've come to expect from Marriott over the past several years.
