Upon arriving at the hotel to confirm my reservation and get my room, I was accused of stealing my credit card. You see, I had cancelled it to update my married name on a new card. However I had both my ID and bank statements to prove my identity and yet I had no luck. I was accused of stealing my card and was told that if I didn't have that very card (which I had shredded as soon as it became unusable) I would not be able to get a room. It was a hassle and very very frustrating. They did not even try to make an effort to help me in anyway and it was as if they were doing me a favor even speaking to me. If we hadn't of already paid for the nights, we would have gone somewhere else. But of course, we could not get a refund. I think that if they continue doing business like this they will have to close. A terrible experience. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This hotel was horrible! Words cannot describe how terrible our stay way. Do not read the amenities because they are not accurate. We asked for something as simple as an extra pillow and bedding and they refused to give it to us. When I asked the 12 year old boy working at the counter for the managers information he also refused to give that to me. The continental breakfast is one that I have NEVER seen! All that was provided was cereal and milk! The milk was warm and the cereal was stale. When I spoke with the manager about the service he refused to help make our stay better!
Again do not waste your time or money on this HORRIBLE HOTEL! You WILL leave VERY DISSAPPOINTED!

This was one of the WORST motels that I have ever been to. My wife and I had booked two nights here through Priceline.com. We have never had a problem with Priceline hotels, but this was different. This hotel is in the ghetto of San Antonio. There is a chain link fence surrounding the hotel, graffiti on the stairwells, and the rooms are disgusting. There were deep scratch marks in the furniture in the room. There is also a run down night club right next to this place. Fearing for our safety, we asked for a refund, but were told that there are no refunds for any reason! Needless to say, we ended up staying somewhere else.

I got 7 rooms here because it is less than a mile from the SBC Center and we were in town to catch a Basketball Game. The exterior of the hotel is in very good condition. I heard of several small problems from most of the rooms. The tub drained extremely slow in my room, which caused you to be standing in above ankle deep water by time you were finished. The shower head in at least two of the rooms were broken so it was almost like taking a shower with a fire hose. One room had a toilet that would not flush. I pointed out the toilet right away and it was fixed within 5 minutes. The other things were pointed out at checkout. The rooms themselves were pretty clean but the "breakfast" selection was small. Overall it was a decent stay for us being in town for only one night, and it is close to the downtown area without the "downtown" price. I would stay there again.
