Our friends call and got a block of rooms for friends and family to stay at for there wedding this last weekend. Perfect --- right easy... call and tell them the wedding name and book your hotel room. WRONG!!! First off every time there was a different answer when people called to book a room... one day they would have no rooms left, and the next day they had twenty..... Thursday a friend call to see if there was anything left for Sat. night and was told she couldn't rent out a room for Sat. she had to rent Friday and Sat. Soooo if it wasn't bad enough when put on hold to see if there was any rooms left my friend that booked the room for us had to hang up and call back because she was left on the phone for so long. Well we get to the hotel to start getting ready for the day and I went up to the front desk to see if there was any rooms left, so my husband and myself could have a room to ourselves. The hostess was not at the front desk she was having a conversation in the backroom for a good 2-3 min... without checking the front desk. Then she came out and started typing on the computer and asked in a rude voice, "how can I help you." STILL not looking away from the computer. I asked her if there where any rooms open for later tonight. STILL not looking at me she responded, "no, we are completely booked." Which would have been completely fine, but horrible customer service. I could go on and on about how difficult and disappointing the service was here, but I will leave the bad experience with they put the bride and groom in a room next to a woman who made it very clear to the bride sitting in the hallway waiting for her husband to get there key reactivated... That she had a baby and they were not to make any noise tonight! WEDDING NIGHT... REALLY!! who put that lady next to the bride and groom!!! She ended up calling the front desk.... and to top it off the lady mouthed F*** off to the bride the next morning at breakfast. It was not the hotel's fault the lady did that, but they could have help prevent it from happening. YOU DON"T PUT a Bride and groom by people that need to sleep! That is why you block rooms. The buffet was great. The guy that was keeping up on the food was amazing!! He was friendly-working hard-kept everything very clean!! Wish he was the one running the computers! Beds where also very comfortable.
