We were traveling with two small children and a clean room is extremely important for us. The rooms were not only clean, but quite large with a sitting area. Fantastic, Friendly service complete with a teddy bear for my son and a hand written thank you card waiting in our room. We would definately stay again and couldnt be happier!!

I stayed here while visiting relatives in Tucson. Some of the other guests appeared to be shoppers, but the big mall across the street and the surrounding auto dealers weren't my incentives for staying here. Away from busy streets, my room was perfectly quiet and dark, just the way I like it, and the price for this very spacious, quiet, comfortable room, was $50 less than the last place I stayed in Tucson. I couldn't have been more pleased. The only flaw was the stained carpet in the elevator.

Wow, we just returned from a stay at Comfort Suites. We had a group staying there. The general manager was such a help from the beginning of planning the trip to the end. The hotel is clean, accomodating, and groups are easily managed in this hotel. They were able to accomodate parking for a bus, and a meeting room for our dinner.. They have a hotel room with a little sitting room that includes a sleeper sofa, a definite bonus with 4 in a room. The breakfast was not a rolls and coffee deal, but had hot and cold items, as well as a waffle maker which was a big hit. The selection was very welcome. They have coffee throughout the day as well as a coffeemaker in your room.
The rates were so reasonable for a group and made it so nice for our already tight budget. I would be more than happy to recommend this hotel to anyone. What a gem in the desert!

This is an advertised higher end hotel, at $129 minimum rate. After my one night stay I will never go back. It is the worst night I have even had in a hotel/motel. I was tired, this was close to where I needed to be for business, so I chose the higher end to get a good night's sleep. The hvac in room system did not have a continuous fan setting, which made for a miserable night. Lots of business unidentifiable noise outside, so I had to close the window. FInally called the front desk at 3 am and asked for a fan. None readily available, but called back 10 minutes later with one, the only one. That finely made it tolerable. The tiny pillows were very lumpy; the bath tub was cracked, caulking dropping down in places; windows were very dirty. I would call this a $60 hotel at best. Next time I go to the Hilton just down the street and pay a few bucks more to get REAL COMFORT!
