Got good deal online. Close to the airport. Rooms are pretty clean but the halls, elevators and facilities are old, run down and smell awful. Good value for the price.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting the area. Being close to I-10 was very convenient for our travels to Tombstone and Kartchner Caverns. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. And the cocktails in the bar were tasty!

Upon check-in I had to ask the person at the front desk about the picture of the cockroach from trip advisor. I wanted to know if I had to worry about roaches in my room. I was informed that they were only "sewer cockroaches" and there was not much they could do about them. Thankfully, we did not see any in the three nights we stayed in the room (332) but my husband and I made sure to keep the sink and bathtub drains plugged!! The room was okay besides the stains on the carpet and a couple stains on some of the towels. The room did not have a fridge or microwave but that may be because we were in a cheaper Corporate Lodging room. There is not much within walkind distance except for a Circle K. There were no restaurants in sight and the one in the hotel was closed at lunch so we ordered from Chariot Pizza, which was wonderful! Anyway, the hotel does not provide breakfast, however, some people did have breakfast vouchers. I guess the special guests get free breakfast. The restaurant on site has lousy, slow service anyway but we did eat there twice in a row for breakfast because we had no transportation to go anywhere else. The beds were comfortable and the room was fairly clean, although we did find a half empty water bottle lodged between the bed and the night stand. Oh well, I will say that the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful when we could not get the printer to work. Overall, an okay stay.

Everything about this hotel is outstanding. Employees are extremely friendly, efficient and eager to please. The restaurant and lounge are excepptional.This is the only hotel I've ever stayed at where the building entry door locks function as designed 24/7, except, obviously, the front door. It is a secure property. The restaurant and lounge are exceptional. Whenever I return to Tucson this is my hotel. I will be a return visitor.
