It wasn't just the weather that was sunny and warm when we arrived in Tuson -- every Hamton staff member made us feel special. We expect a Hampton Inn to be clean, to have hot coffee and a variety of tea available 24/7, but in addition to a basket of apples and bananas at the desk , our room had a microwave and refrigerator, the toiletry collection included shower gel and a vanity pack with cotton ball, q-tips & an emery board and there were extra bath towels and then we found warm cookies at the desk later in the day. Breakfast included fresh fruit, cooked oatmeal and cold cereals, yogurt, muffins & bagels, sausage patties and a unique egg dish -- "bagel topper" Very tasty and even though there were always many people eating, there was plenty of seating . The shuttle drivers who brought us from the airport and then back to pick up our rental car were very helpful as were the staff at the front desk . Kudos to this Hampton

Nicely renovated older Hampton. One of the elevators was a bit jerky and closed for awhile during our visit. We discovered on the last day that the air/heat unit was not plugged in and when we plugged it in the controls didn't work. But it was clean and at less than $100 a night I'd go back. About 2 minutes from the airport.

Good hotel, right by the airport. Thankfully, Tucson does not have flights arriving and departing between 11PM and 7AM. 'Coz if it did, it would have been a bit of nightmare with the poor noise insulation in the rooms.

Clean property, decent breakfast options, and most importantly, barely a stone throw from the airport. Call the hotel for the shuttle when I got to the airport and the shuttle showed up promptly.
