I hate to bust on this Hampton (full disclosure - we travel A LOT, and stay at mostly Hilton properties) But we booked 3 nights - Nice looking place, clean, friendly - obviously renovated, mostly well done. Clean, crisp, with friendly staff. Surprisingly quiet considering it's rock throwing distance to the airport terminal. Extra nice pool for a Hampton.
Only complaints are:
(a) Scary Elevator - Very noisy, jerky and discomforting... made my girlfriend EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Needs serious attention from elevator company.
(b) "Free high speed internet" NOT - Slow as dialup (my generic home internet is 10X faster). With no option to connect up a wired connection for high-speed (Wireless only). This IS A PROBLEM that affects almost all your guests - particularly as an airport hotel. Needs fixing NOW, not next year or so when your IT plan upgrades bandwidth.
The old adage is... (from the hospitality trade) "If you have a great meal at a restaurant, you tell 3-4 people... If you have a bad meal, you tell 10." (Nuff said).
If you're a business person needing reasonably serious internet connectivity during your stay - DON'T STAY HERE until they fix this. There are other airport hotel options closeby without this problem.
