While visiting our son in the Air Force, the Embassy Suite our home away from home for the Thanksgiving weekend. Was a beautiful hotel & staff was exceptional, All staff met you with a smile and hello. At check in, we met Brian, very helpful & made a great first impression for himself as well as the hotel. He let us know right away all the fine amenities that we could expect from the hotel and staff. And I have to say was the best we've had while staying at an Embassy Suites. Evening manager's reception was awesome, offered beverages, snacks, games and great conversation. Rooms large, clean, comfortable. Loved the large 3 person shower. Great views of the mountains. Close to shopping, hiking, restraunts. Won't stay anywhere else when visiting our son in Tucson. Have recommended it to may friends and family already. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so wonderful and enjoyable.

We stayed at this Hotel over Christmas . The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and efficient. One niggle is the lack of internet in the rooms .
The main problem for me is the design of the rooms as the aircon units seem to resonate and the bathroom fan is on constantly creating quite a high noise level in the bedroom . This is a shame as it kept me awake, perhaps I am particularly sensitive to noise and others may not be affected.

Nothing negative to say. Lovely hotel, nice upscale location, AWESOME breakfasts and managers reception. Helpful staff and nice rooms. Only negative would be the pillows...all down filled and I hate down but other than that it is a perfect place for a family exploring the Tuscon area. Rates were also cheap bc it was over the holidays but I have never stayed at an Embassy suites and felt ripped off for the price vs. solid consistent quality! If you have a family Embassy Suites can't be beat. I stayed at Holiday Inns in other towns on this trip and they were pretty weak and charged a lot more for their tasteless breakfasts and insipid service.

First time staying at an Embassy Suites, normally stay at one of the other Hilton brands.
Pleasantly surprised on the Value, got our room for $118, maybe price was better during the holiday versus prime season. Great value when you think about the free night managers reception (free drinks) and full hot breakfast, including omelette station. Very nice rooms and condition of the hotel is excellent. We walked to Tavolino's one night. And drove, but could have walked to the shopping area and ate at Blanco Taco's on New Years eve. Highly recommend if you can get a favorable room rate.
