Traveled with my daughter and her 3 small children. The room was clean, comfortable and large enough to accommodate all of us.Breakfast was good. We were there for 6 nights. Customer service was amazing! I left my phone in a common area and it did walk off :( however the hotel staff searched for it for over an hour until I final said it was time to give up. ( I had a gps locator on my phone and could see that it had left the hotel at that point)

The service was excellent, especially the manager. They truely wanted you to be satisfied. Upon arriving they had free little pulled pork sandwiches and fresh baked cookies. Every day there was homemade lemonade. Coffee was available any time.
They had the best hours for their pool, much better than others. Their deluxe continental breakfast was outstanding. There were MANY different items-sausage, biscuits etc. They varied what they offered on the breakfast, which is nice if you stayed more than one night. The amenities were far better than other places we stayed- free internet etc.I would totally disregard any negative comments you read.

It's a La Quinta. It's clean, it's nice, it takes pets, and the view is great. The staff has been outstanding! The manager, Frank, is a true treasure. This hotel is fortunate to have him. He has been helpful beyond belief! EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!

Before booking this hotel, I read many reviews on numerous hotels in this area. I must say, none had a great review, but I found this hotel far superior to the reviews.
The rooms were clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the breakfast choices were more than expected. Waffles, cereals, bagels, eggs, bacon, sausage, milk, juice, and coffee all available and very good. I traveled with my family and two small Grandchildren and we were welcomed and catered to. Also, many people staying there had pets and they were also welcomed. The only thing that was a disappointment was the pool was not heated at that time of the year (early November) but the hot tub was nice. I would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
