This hotel was decent but could've been better. I slept on a sofa mattress while the rest of my party slept on the bed. Couldn't sleep all night. My back was killing me the next morning. Hallways were noisy late at night. Call me picky, but most hotels have flat screen tvs, they still had big box tvs.

I called this hotel just to inquire about the room rate/availability. First off, the lady who answered (I think her name was Tanya) called me 'sir'. I informed her I was a lady, and then she started yelling at me and getting defensive. I asked her not to get worked up and just tell me the rates, but she hung up on me. Needless to stay, I did not stay here.

I am used to having great customer service and this hotel just did not cut it.

Not only did the air conditioning quit working as I was getting ready in the AM, I had the experience of working with a very non-customer oriented front desk hotel clerk named "Sandra" who rigidly enforced the HI policy of not allowing an extra hour at the hotel for those who were leaving on a late afternoon plane trip.

The assistant manager did offer to send someone upstairs to fix the computer while I was getting ready and I declined this offer due to time and my need to get ready to leave by 12:00 PM.

Also, the cable services for the flat screen television was fuzzy and had minimal channels so I ended up watching a movie on my Netflix service on my laptop instead.

This place is great. I stayed here 4 nights. This hotel has the nicest staff I have ever met. The rooms are very clean. Plus, the breakfast offers more than the average muffins and coffee. I happened to arrive on the day of the week they do happy hour, which was a nice surprise.
