We found this hotel to be dirty and in poor repair. Although the price was attractive the king executive suite was not. There was one wastepaper basket for bathroom, living room, kitchen and bedroom..No table lamp in bedroom. No luggage stand or place to place luggage conveniently. Although advertised as a King bedroom, the room was so small, one had to leave the closet doors open so that you could get out of bed without bumping into the door. The shower head was defective-shot more water at the base onto the wall than into the shower. Carpet was dirty in living area and corridors. The furniture was dirty. Overall, the experience was decidely unpleasant. We checked out several days early and although management did apologize and make a $15.00 adjustment on the rate, it wasn't enough to make the experience "ok". The hotel is conveniently located but that's the only positive we noted.....The Holiday Inn Express next door has the same location and was definitely worth the $20.00 more per night it charges. A remodel would certainly improve things but had it been spotless and with adequate lighting and luggage stand etc, we could have overlooked the shabbiness without a problem.
