Very nice rooms at reasonable rates. After quite a few stays here, all staff have been friendly and helpful. One desk clerk, Darren, deserves special acknowledgement for a high level of professionalism, competence, and friendly customer service. Comfortable, clean, friendly place to stay! I'd recommend it to anyone!
the reviews are fairly good for this hotel, but not deserving at all, first room we looked a t was full of smoke, but was a non smoking room, second room had very old saggy beds, third room was better, but no where near what the reviews would suggest, this hotel needs all new beds and a lot of maintenance all over the place, it is in rough shape for the price and reviews
I've been staying at this location for work a couple days per week for nearly a year. It is a comfortable, budget friendly hotel with clean rooms. In addition to free wifi and limited hotel cable, the upgraded rooms have mini-fridges and microwaves allowing some added convenience. Its close to work, and right off the highway making an ideal location for my stays.
The staff, specifically Ashley, Thea, and Graham have always been ready to greet with a smile and friendly word, which is always nice when you’re away from home.
Room has refrigerator & microwave, free Wfi and pet stay free. All good for a business stay.
Staff were friendly & helpful. Thea was extra helpfull solved a billing problem quickly. Freeway access is a plus.
