I just spent 3 days here and was completely satisfied. Its located in the historic district of Tucson just off the downtown. It was a great deal for the money. I paid $60 per night during the off season of July and this was in contrast to the $100 that most other places were charging. I don't think that most of the other more expensive places are really any better (I have seen some competition). I had the smaller of 2 rooms and it was good sized and very nicely furnished and spotless. The rooms face a center courtyard that has a covered ramada, jacuzzi and orange trees. I used to live in Tucson and didn't realize just how convenient the location would be. The main streets in Tucson are nearby so its easy to get around town from here. The University of Arizona is a 10 minute drive. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They don't take credit cards so you prepay.
