We wanted something different for our friend's bachelorette party. We decided that the few of us would have a little weekend getaway at TVGR. It was not to disappoint! We checked in, and were greeted so warmly by Bee. Then we had an amazing dinner at the cottonwood BBQ. The breakfast ride the next morning was awesome, both the riding and the yummy pancakes. Best bachelorette party that I have ever thrown/attended! Thanks to Leighann for setting up an outstanding experience.

We recently spent four nights at Tanque Verde Ranch which was totally amazing, the wranglers and all the staff were exceptional ensuring that we had the very best experience possible The riding was fantastic and although we were in the same area everyday there was something unique about each ride which made everyone remain as interesting as the first one. We loved the food and were very impressed with the complimentary drinks and snacks which were available all day and not forgetting the Mad Dog Saloon where there is always a very warm welcome! We will definately return when we visit the U.S again.

We, a family of four, with two adults and two teenagers. had a great time at the ranch. The manager Nicholas Gold and his staff were excellent.
On arrival we recieved a warm welcome, the accommodation was also excellent although were four in one room it was a lounge area with 2 sofas and sofa bed with a fire, a two double bed area bathroom and walk in wardrobe. so plenty of room for all.
The riding was also very good but getting loaded up was a bit lengthy. The lope check, or as it became know lope fail, was a pain. whilst safety is very important, too much can become a negative as no-one goes on holiday to fail.
Swimming pool and spa also good.
The restaurant was fantastic, we enjoyed communal tables each evening and met some lovely people who we shall stay in touch with. The cookout were fun, with Country singers.
Christmas day, we all rode into the desert to find Nicholas and the ranch owner cooking fresh blueberry pancakes. we enjoyed these hugely and the hot apple cider. After breakfast we rode some more and returned to the ranch for Christmas lunch. I have never seen such a comprehensive spread. Fabulous.
Overall fornthe entire family, we had the best time and will return as soon as we possibly can. Well done Nicholas and the team.

We have been to Tanque Verde three times over the past 10 years or so. Each time has been a fantastic family experience. The lope rides in the dessert are outstanding especially the one that ends at the pancake breakfast. The wranglers and staff have been helpful at all times. Although I think they have changed the format, we particularly enjoyed the "Dudeo".
