Yes, the hotel is clean, staff courteous and no issues thus far.
However on Friday morning, I experienced welts and bumps on my right upper shoulder as well as my left arm.
During the day while at work I could no longer take it and went to the bathroom and stripped my shirt off to find bumps all over my back.
I consulted a nurse the Saturday when I got home to find out that those bumps were in fact from bed bugs.
I am very displeased, for numerous reasons.
Skin irritation and the idea of bringing these infectious bugs into my house by my loved ones and neighbors makes me very very angry.
I stayed in room 403.
They should take this seriously and handle it.
As an avid business traveler I felt obligated to let others considering staying there know.
Room Tip: Check the beds thoroughly for bed bugs, blood and other clues.

I appreciate this guest's comments and we certainly take the thought of having bed bugs in our hotel extrememly seriously. As the General Manager, I immediately put this guest room out of order and the surrounding guest rooms once the desk was informed and had an outside Pest Control company come in and do an initial inspection, which no bed bugs were found. Then upon receiving a written complaint we also had a second thorough inspection done a couple days later, and the outside pest control company (who is not affiliated with us) again confirmed that there was no sign of bed bugs in our hotel and specifically there were none in this room or any surrounding room.
This guest was contacted and sent copies of these certified documents by the Pest Control company to show this incident could not have occurred at our hotel. We never heard back from the guest after that was sent. I know the guest went to a doctor and was told that she was bitten by bed bugs and although this is very unfortunate, we have been able to show her that it did not happen here at our hotel. This is a very unfortunate instance and we are sorry that the guest was inconvenienced. We are confident that since we have opened this hotel, we have not had any issues with bed bugs and hope this review will not deter you from staying with us and enjoying all the amenities and exceptional service we have to offer.
