We stayed at the Valhalla Resort just outside of Rocky Mountain National Park. The cabins are small but cozy, with a full kitchen and a grill on the deck. We forgot our charcoal briquettes, but the management had some extra that previous guests had left, so we were still able to grill our steaks. Thanks to the staff for everything. If you want a nice quiet place away from the crowds, Valhalla is the place!

We enjoyed our time at the cabin, it was just what we needed... Thank you for being so accomodating with our arrival being much later in the evening. Your service was great and cheerful. We will gladly come again!

The Kauffman's

We have been staying at Valhalla (different cabins depending on the size of our family at the time) for 25 years! We usually come during the off season for the peace and quiet, but just returned home from spending Christmas there. It was beautiful, the weather was great and the cabin (17A) was comfortable as always. The owners are very nice and helpful! We always enjoy our stay and have a great time. We enjoy watching the birds sitting in the pine trees next to the deck and even came back to the cabin one afternoon to find mule deer by the cabin. Everything is always clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. We definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!

This place was exactly what we were looking for - clean & quiet with all the necessities and a great view. We stayed in Cabin 14, which was perfect for the two of us. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a charcoal grill on the deck. The management is very friendly and accomodating. The location is convenient - with easy access to the park entrances and Estes Park. We will definitely return.
