Location was great, management very helpful. Estes Park is gorgeous! Got to sit on the balcony and watch a rain storm come in, which was cool. Room was very clean. A/C-heater needs to be serviced; decor antiquated and stuffed into a small room. On too busy a road to consider walking anywhere. Could deal with all those things, but the shower water pressure was ridiculously lame. I'm all for conserving water, but my normally 6 minute shower was at least 10-11 minutes just to get the shampoo out, so is that really saving water? Even my short-haired husband couldn't deal with it. $99 a night in Estes Park probably a little too cheap, so will upgrade next visit.
