We thoroughly enjoyed a three-day weekend at the Estes Park B & B. The hostess was a great cook and attentive. We rented all three bedrooms thus making it feel like a home away from home. The children slept on mattresses in the large great room. Breakfast was delicious. It provided us with plenty of energy for our hikes in Rocky Mountain National Park. In the evenings we strolled a few blocks to town for shopping and dinner - great location. The hot tub was quite a treat for our tired bodies after sunset.

We were very fortunate to find teh Estes Park B&B in searching the net. We stayed for a week and found the proprieters, Sheila and Bill to be convivial hosts who went out of their way to make us comfortable.

The accomodations were clean, well decorated and spacious. The breakfasts were tastey and substantial enough that lunch simply never came up. They provided excellent advice on local restaurants and outdoor activities.

Gilbert, the newest member of the family (a cute pup) became the greeter extraorinaire.

We came to feel less like we were at a B&B and more like we were at home.

The B&B is reasonably priced and located within walking distance of downtown and about a 5-10 minute drive from two entrances to Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park.

We couldn't have been more pleased and recommend this find home for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We had a great two night stay with Sheila and Bill over the Labor Day weekend. Their home was even roomier than it looked in the photos and the King bed was incredibly comfortable! I came to Estes with a handful of ideas for things to do and Sheila was very good at helping me sort through the options--I felt like we made all the right choices, thanks to her guidance. She was readily available but never hovering, and always unfailingly pleasant.

EP Bed & Breakfast was close to the downtown area, easy to find, and parking was convenient. They have taken special care to provide the quality of bedding you would find in a posh hotel. You can't go wrong with this choice if you enjoy the B&B experience!

My wife and I just returned from a few days in Estes Park - we spent two nights in the Estes Park B&B and I wish we would have spent all three nights there. Sheila is a great host and her house is beautiful and well-maintained. Her breakfast is a great way to start the day, and the little treats she leaves out in the afternoon are a great touch.

The B&B is in a great location as well, just one block removed from Elkhorn Ave. (which is sort of the main drag of Estes Park), but it's perched on top of a hill so a lot of the noise from the area doesn't make it to the property. Case in point, my wife caught a nap and I caught up on some reading on the back patio, right during a busy afternoon.

I always check this site before staying anywhere but this is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review of one of the places I stayed at (I apologize for being a moocher until now!). If you're in the Estes Park area, I highly recommend staying at the Estes Park B&B.
