“Great weekend Getaway!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 February 2012

My wife and I spent this past weekend at this great little hide away in Estes Park Colorado. The rooms were large, clean and the sheets...I am a light sleeper but slept all night both days! More importantly, the hospitality was amazing, good food, wine tasting and you feel right at home with Paul and Lynn, no awkwardness as I have experienced at other B&B's.
Thank you!

Room Tip: We stayed in all of them but I recommend valley View.

We liked Paul and Lynn from the start when we watched their introductory video on the B&B website, and we were certainly not disappointed! Our room (valley view) was charmingly furnished, decorated with holiday lights, beautiful and refined. The sheets were the softest ever, and the bed was very comfortable. The inn offered wonderful commodities like hot chocolate, chai, coffee, crackers and cookies. There are two guest lounges with flatscreen TV, fireplace, and extensive collection of books and movies. We were too busy hiking but we liked having the option of just relaxing at the B&B. We stayed for 3 nights, and every morning the breakfast was something marvelously gourmet that Paul conjured up, and absolutely delicious. The tea options at breakfast is unmatched even for a seasoned tea drinker. The inn is situated off the main road, 10 min drive from Rocky Mountain National Park, and 5 mins away from downtown where the shops and restaurants are located. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, so much that we extended our stay by an additional night. This place offered just the right amount of comfort and privacy with all the thoughtful amenities we could ask for at a home away from home. Thanks Paul and Lynn.

“Mountain Valley Home Bed and Breakfast Inn”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 January 2012

Lynn and Paul operate this wonderful B&B that has fantastic views of the Rocky Mountains in their upstairs room number 5 as well as other rooms. Even though my wife couldn't come at the last minute because she caught the flu, I had an excellent opportunity to visit with both of them and Jazz their well mannered black lab. Paul provided myself and another couple an excellent wine tasting in his cellar, yes for free, and the next morning's breakfast was Fantastic. Then, I headed out into Rocky Mtn Natl Park 10 mins away for a snow filled hiked to Cub Lake and back.

Room Tip: I would choose an upstairs room for the Rocy Mountain views or a downstairs room if you want to be c...

“Soulful Getaway”

Great place to give your soul a rest, Paul & Lynn have done an impecable job decorating the Inn and have spared no expense attending to even the smallest detail.

The inn is warm and inviting, we spent an entire day there just reading, enjoying the ambiance, having a great nap and soaking in the silence.

The wine tasting was fun and the breakfasts like a big family gathering with great food and conversations.

We have already schedule a trip back for our anniversery!!!

Room Tip: Go for intimacy because the views are blocked by the trees.

“Romantic getaway”

Paul and Lynn offered a wonderful stay for my husband and I. Lynn greeted us at the door as soon as we arrived and was followed by their sweet dog Jazzy. We got a tour of the house and then were showed to our room. Everything was clean and very quiet. They offered several things to do including movies for your room, puzzles, games and a hot tub. The breakfast was amazing and the wine tasing was fun. Paul knows a lot about wines and they served all local makers. The bed was very cozy and we loved our own jetted tub in the room. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing place to spend our anniversary. I will recommend this place to family and friends. We both look forward to another stay.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Mountain View room and it had a great view and was very quiet.
