Cabin/unit # 16, 2 bdrm, 1 bath Friendly & informative owners & staff
A cozy, clean, well-equipped cabin on the south side of river-away from hwy noise. While the
outside is very plain and in need of a bit of painting & minor repairs, the inside has the
warm feeling of an old style mountain cabin with a wood-burning fireplace and knotty pine
on nearly evey wall and ceiling. In addition to the well-supplied kitchen and niceities
such as good toiletries and terrycloth robes the outside has a covered front porch,
gas grill, fire pit, picnic table, chairs, and a private 4 person hot-tub. The Inn is a nice distance
from downtown ( 2miles) such that it out of the hub-bub but close enough to walk to town on the nice wide city sidewalk. A few minor negatives: no exterior light in hot tub area-I
recommend a flashlight; the stone path to the hot tub is uneven so better done with
shoes & light at night; the provided/free firewood supply is small, though you can buy more-
I recommend bringing you own; Verizon cell service extremely weak on property, but
Wi-Fi is provided.
