We stayed here in August for a small family reunion, and our group booked 3 rooms. All three of our rooms were pretty worn - nothing horrible, but certainly not nice. Our room had two queen beds and the springs could be felt through the bedding, which I found very uncomfortable. The carpet was not clean. Breakfast was okay, but just normal for a one-star hotel. I would stay elsewhere next time I come to Estes Park.

Staff was courteous and pleasant. Room was just average. More suitable to a camper hiker type who is just looking for a warm bed. Not a lot of decor.

Stay at any hotel besides this one! Extermely dated and smelly, tall weeds and old furniture piled outside the rooms. We had pre-paid and we still tried to find another hotel at 8pm, nasty is the only thing that we can say. The front desk tried to have me pay twice and the internet did not reach to our room. The bathroom was so small you had to step over the toilet to get into the shower, how is this anywhere near fire code?

I booked this room through hotwire. It was the case where you list amenities and in retrospect "hope for the best". Looked up after booking and saw nothing but bad reviews and now I have experienced it too. There is no service, no ownership pride in property. Screens broken on windows, door jam had been busted out and repaired with wood filler. Electricall socket comes in and out of wall very unsafe. Wireless internet--did not work most of the time. The routers for it were taped to soffet area on ouside of building by check-in area. Lawn was in need of mowing-1and 1/2 feet tall. Nothing was as described--oh except yes--you can see mountains. Many other nice hotels for much cheaper in the area.
