Stayed here when we couldn't find any other lodging (we were late in booking). The room was dated, but clean. Front desk was helpful. All in all a good choice for budget minded traveler.

We got there late on 9/28 and did not have reservations so we got the last room they had. It was on the small side but fully equipped; TV, coffee maker fridge, microwave, hair dryer. Very clean. Sheets were almost if not new and were not standard motel white. Overall it seemed homier than other motels. The bed was comfortable. The heater/ac unit worked properly which is often not the case at older and sometimes newer properties. Handy location but not really walking distance to much of anything. The owners were friendly and helpful. The restaurant they recommended was excellent, Peak-To-Peak American Grill, and was not affiliated with the motel.
Overall, an excellent value if you don't require a branded name motel.

We stayed here on 9/25 for one night while passing thru Estes Park. It's an older motel but very clean. Lots of nice personal touches in the room we had. Nice sheets, updated, big and very clean bathroom, nice stuff on the walls and, our room had a coffee maker unlike the other reviewer. The owners were very nice and it was a good location to downtown & Rockey Mountain National Park. We would definately stay here again.

My husband and I were looking for a budget motel in Estes Park. This place was wonderful. It is older, but exceptionally clean. We took advantage of the BBQ grill and hot tub. Loved it! Well worth the price! Only wish was a coffee maker in the rooms.
