“Christmas in the Rockies”

Checked in the Friday before Christmas with plans to depart on January 2nd. We were having such a great time snowshoeing, with the help of the Rams Horn staff we were able to extend our stay until the 7th. Our cabin was exceptionally clean, the view of the mountains beyond description and the resort staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. The amenities were all superb; great fitness center and the on-site availability of free washers and dryers was a nice touch. And, all of this within five minutes of the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park or the City of Estes Park. Best Christmas and New Years we have ever experienced! If you plan to see RMNP, and everyone should at least once in their life, we highly recommend you stay at Rams Horn.

“Feels Like Home”

Great customer service, best attention to details and townhouse-like homes (duplexes) makes this place feel like home. Some homes have gorgeous view of snow capped Long's Peak. At only a mile of Rocky Mountain National Park, this is the most comfortable you can get while "roughing it". If you would like the save money go during the off season like early November or early December, when there are few tourist around. Go into Rocky Mountain National Park and you get to see more wild animals because they tend to roam around when they don't see a lot of people. Also best for cross-country skiing.

“An Amazing Place to Spend Your Vacation”

Rams Horn Village is pretty much the best run place we go. The cabins are comfortable, modern and very clean. Each bedroom provides a private area and the beds are new and very comfortable. Parking is right at your door and you are less than five minutes drive to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. There is a lovely little pool and a small workout room as well. The staff is outstanding and very welcoming. The town of Estes Park is also less than five minutes away and offers many nice shops and excellent restaurants. Highly recommended for any time of year.

Room Tip: All are equally nice

“Best place to stay in Estes Park”

Rams Horn is situated very close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. We have been going there for many years and we always stay at beautiful Rams Horn. The staff is wonderful and the units are very clean. They come in and do a mid-week cleaning and give you clean towels at that time. There is a heated pool, three hot tubs, playground, free games, movies, bikes, work-out room, gas grills and more. They offer free cribs, high chairs, etc. if you have an infant. They have a laundry room with free washers and dryers. The kitchens are brand new with stainless steel appliances and equiped with everything you would ever need. Also, new, top of the line mattresses on all beds.

“Repeat vacationer”

You can usually tell if a person likes a place if they go there again. This holds so true for Rams Horn. Once again we enjoyed ourselves very much as did the Grandkids and their parents. Not often you can find a good wholesome place for the entire family but Rams Horns can and does with exceptional ability. The area provides many outdoor activities, hiking trails, and downtown activities after a excellent evening meal in the cabin or one of the restaurants. This is not a Jet Set environment but good wholesome family togetherness.

Room Tip: Just pick one you can't go wrong.
