“Excellent”

Our family has been staying at Glacier Lodge almost every year since 2001 and before that off and on for family reunions. The accommodations are clean and comfortable and we have stayed at many different cabins, including the large Timber Lodge. The cabins are a little older and less modern than some of the newer places in Estes Park but the location and peaceful surroundings outweigh any negatives there may be.

“Awesome”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 November 2011

we stayed here in 2004 and 2006 and then again in 2010 with friends and family. It is clean and in a great location. Loved staying right on the river in singing water. The owner Dave is a real cool guy and very hospitable.

Room Tip: stay on the river

“Romance by the River”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 November 2011

My husband and I were looking for a romantic place to stay by the river. We found it at Glacier Lodge. Our second day there elk were grazing across the river from our one room cabin. We loved it. We stayed a few years ago. I would recommend this place to anyone who loved the outdoors. I have to select a date in order to get out of this review. It was not our actual travel date.

“Tranquility and Peace”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 October 2011

Absolute serenity! I have always loved this place. The Big. Thompson and the sound of it...tranquility. Leave the city and your phone behind. Relax with the river and a book.

“Always wonderful to stay here”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 October 2011

The Ranglos family really has mastered the art of running l Lodge. They do it wonderfully and welcomingly. It is always a pleasure coming back here and doing service with them I just stayed on the river so many times I've lost count and I've always been treated well.
