My stay here was very rewarding. The front desk was very professional and well trained. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Wi Fi service was fast and reliable. The breakfast was perfect and set up earlier than advertised. There was always hot coffee and fresh fruit available 24/7.

I had one small problem that was handled to my utmost satisfaction Adam the GM.

I have stayed here again the following weekend and will stay 2 more weekends as well. My room request was also honored!

My family and I live only 10 min away from this hotel we stay there just to go swimming, it's been really good till today!!!! The clerk is a lady!!!!! Very rude!!! I called the front dest 4 times and no answer I had to go down stairs and talk to them!! So rude she dare to ask how many people were in my room and about what time they were leaving??? Plus my answers never answerd, plus the room stunk the door was broken and the bathroom shower had mold, and somelses hair????? Never staying there again in room 210

When we checked in the girl didn't even look to see that we were using points so she tried to charge my card. Got that fixed. Then it's time to sign the paper work and there it is the SAFE charge that pissed me off so much that I switched hotel chains for my travel.

They're trying to charge me $1.50 per night for a safe than I will never use. The girl had no clue how to take it off so I'll try in the morning with that person if they don't I'll dispute it on my cc. I know it's only $1.50 but last year another comfort inn tried to charge me $11 per night on top of my rate for a safe I would never use. I think they feel people will not look at their bill and just over look the charges not me.

The lady at the front desk here needs a lot of customer service training.

I used to stay at same hotel for the last 3 years, even with the ugly rooms I never complaint until the last time I was there, I check in early, I return with my handicap mother at 9pm , just to hear from the rude clerk desk that my room had carpet cleaning during the day, I asked for another room, the same rude girl told me it was the only handicap room available for me and my mom, and the only option she give it to me at 9pm with a tired handicaped person was ... YOU CAN CHECK OUT IF YOU WANT .. I answer to her I was traveling all day and I can't go with my mom in wheelchair looking for another hotel in the city just because they have the great idea to clean the carpet of my room , I had to stay in a still wet carpet room feeling terrible for my mom, for miserable night she had, the next morning the same stupid girl offer me just 10% discount from my bill for " the little carpet issue" . NEVER STAY IN north CONFORT INN
