I wanted to thank you for your recent stay in Albuquerque on Dec 19, 2011. In addition, I also wanted to apologize for the additional charge you had for a ground level room. There was a charge for ground level rooms due to renovations and upgrades of microwaves and refrigerators in these rooms but we have since changed our rates not to charge additional for these rooms. We will ensure that you are refunded for any additional charges for these fees. Please contact me at 505-243-2244 to receive your credit. Thank you again for staying with us and we will ensure a satisfactory stay on your next trip.

“Shabby and So-So”

We stayed at the Comfort Inn for two nights for a mini shopping vacation. Hotel is somewhat shabby and run down. Room was quiet. That said, there are better choices for the same money in the surrounding area.

“Clean, quiet, no frills, good breakfast”

We stayed two nights at the Comfort Inn Airport in Albuquerque. We were attending the International Balloon Fiesta. This hotel was close to the freeway with good access. It was an older Comfort Inn, but the front desk people were very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the staff who worked the buffet were exceptional.

“OK for an airport motel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 October 2011

This is a decent, and quite inexpensive choice for travelers who have to spend one night near the Albuquerque Sunport airport. The room was of decent size, clean, with a comfortable bed. The motel seems a bit worn, but fine for a short stay. I would not stay here for a long visit, but it is fine for one night. The breakfast was OK. There is no fitness center. The airport pick up service works well. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was pretty quiet, although like all airport motels, started to wake up around 5:00 AM.

Room Tip: It costs an extra $10.00 to get a ground floor room; there is an elevator.

“Saving Money Feels Great!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 October 2011

We booked the Comfort Inn at the airport in Albuquerque for three reasons. Location, close to everything. The pool which we were unable to use because of the weather. Last but most important the price. We got a great deal through Choice Hotels. This location was clean and served a great free breakfast in the morning. We do not usually eat a breakfast in the morning as they usually only contain high carb items. This place had fresh scrambled eggs and sausage besides yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and the usual items. The front desk people were most helpful and very kind. We used our savings for all sorts of wonderful things in Albuquerque!

Room Tip: Third floor rooms have a great view of the skyline . We were also able to see the balloons fly.
