After 40 hours of travel, I really was looking for a place to relax with some home comforts until I adjusted to the timezone.

I had selected the Mauger based upon Trip Advisor reviews & wasn't disappointed. After hours check in on a holiday weekend was simple. The room and property were beautifully maintained, with daily room servicing being done discreetly around my need to sleep.

The breakfasts were delicious and there were always cookies and snacks around. Nothing was too much trouble and when I needed to do some urgent overseas business, I was able to use the office scanner.

When I return to Albuquerque, the question of where to stay is already answered - I would stay at the Mauger in a heartbeat.

This is dog friendly, amazing service. They bend over backwards to make you comfy. It was like a second home to me. Breakfast was creative and accommodating. Wine in the afternoon is very needed. The granola was yummy and truffles loves the little yard.

Was only able to stay one night - unfortunately - this Inn is really lovely with a very kind and helpful hostess, Tammy. Tammy makes sure you have everything you need - even prints maps and directions to where you want to go in the area, but at the same time, gives you space and privacy. Wine and cheese in the evening; a tasty hot breakfast. Highly recommend and hope to return!

I was fortunate to stay at the Mauger, pre-Albuquerque flight to go home for Thanksgiving. MY hoom was perfect. Clean. Stylish. The host (esses) were kind and extra-accomodating for my visit. They were kind enough to enter a stay for an Amer. Cancer Society auction. I won!
I chose to stay with them last weekend as well for a little "big city" respite from my home in Santa Fe, NM. It was - once again - perfect. The breakfasts on both of my visits were exceptional - and different from one another - fresh and beautifully presented.
HIGHLY recommended for your Albuquerque visit. I look forward to another night there !
