I am giving this a three only because in my husbands and my opinion the beds are really not very comfortable. My husband said he could feel the spring of the bed on the edge of the bed. And I personally slept horrible as I have a bad lower back and if the bed is too firm it is very painful for me. Also, you have to pay more if you would like to have their breakfast buffet. That being said the hotel was very clean, the rooms were attractive spacious rooms and the staff was great. The shuttle worked out very nicely for us, however, I will probably try a different hotel the next time.

I stayed one night, after a long trip in from Europe. The staff were helpful, efficient and friendly.
The room was large and well appointed. Free wifi was supplied, and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries. The room I was in, 317,was very close to a noisy ice-maker in the hall. Some noise did intrude, but was not a problem to me. A bar and grill are available and a small store 'Mary' the server in the bar, is a diamond. She made my stay memorable with her humour, and courteous professional but friendly manner.
The Sunset Grille serves meals, and the breakfast was good.
The business centre was clean and stocked and the pool and exercise rooms were also an asset. I did not use the conference facilities but they appeared to be to a good standard.
Good value and convenient location, with a free airport shuttle make this ideal for a lot of business travellers.

This hotel is relatively new. It is clean and the staff are friendly however, it is located too far from the city. There is no public transportation near the hotel or other restaurants. Breakfast is too expensive for what they provide. In order to get anywhere, I had to request a shuttle that could only take me within a three mile radius and returning to the hotel cost a lot by taxi.

I stayed here while attending a conference at UNM. The hotel was full of other conference attendees and we all were on the same schedule. The staff was professional, courteous, and very adaptive to all our needs. Specifically, they provided breakfast each morning to the conference attendees and ferried us back and forth to the university and the hotel multiple times during the day. I was even picked up at the airport and rushed back to pick up a forgotten item and was picked up at the rental car location after dropping off a rental car over the weekend. The rooms were also clean and comfortable.
