Had a noisy, clunky refrigerater that wouldn't quiet down even when I shut it off. Turned the air conditioner on in the middle of winter to drown out the noise. Also, had hot water problems during my stay. Started my day at 3:45am to catch an early flight and scalding hot water out of both the hot and cold spigots in the bathroom. So hot that I couldn't find a comfortable temperature in the shower and couldn't get a drink of water. Bought a drink out of a vending machine in the hallway on the way out. When I brought the problems to the attention of the front desk they thanked me for bringing it to their attention, promised to contact maintenance, but didn't make even a token bill adjustment as a goodwill gesture. Other than these two concerns enjoyed the room and convenient video flight departure board.
